We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for Purgr licenses purchased through purgr.dev.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if Purgr does not function as described on the product page and the issue cannot be resolved through support, or if you purchased the wrong license tier and have not yet activated your key.
Refunds are not available if you have successfully activated and used your license key, if more than 14 days have passed since purchase, or if the issue is caused by incompatibility with specific custom infrastructure.
Purgr offers a free tier specifically so you can evaluate the SDK before purchasing. We strongly recommend evaluating the free tier against your use case before purchasing a Pro license.
To request a refund contact support@purgr.dev within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue you encountered.
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5-10 business days. License keys are deactivated upon refund approval.
Audit PRO licenses that include source code access are non-refundable once the source code has been accessed or downloaded.
